At Trinity, we believe that protecting our planet is one of the most important lessons we can teach our students. This Earth Day, under the theme “Go Green or Go Extinct,” our school community came together with energy, creativity, and heart to celebrate and advocate for a greener, more sustainable world.
Our students began the day by taking the Green Pledge, making personal commitments to adopt environmentally responsible habits in their daily lives — from reducing plastic usage to conserving energy and water. It was a powerful moment of collective purpose and pride as our young changemakers promised to be guardians of our planet.
In a vibrant celebration of sustainable fashion, students recycled old clothes and creatively repurposed them into new outfits, showcasing how style and sustainability can go hand in hand. Their efforts not only highlighted the impact of fast fashion on the environment but also demonstrated how innovation can lead the way to a better future.
The spirit of environmental stewardship continued with our Green Parade, where students marched across campus with banners, placards, and cheers — raising awareness about climate change, conservation, and the urgent need for collective action.
One of the highlights of the day was the Live Earth Experience — an interactive installation that allowed students to briefly step into a heated, dry environment designed to simulate the harsh conditions Earth is facing due to climate change. Inside, they read a moving message from Earth itself, reminding them how critical it is to act now before it’s too late. Students’ emotional reactions showed just how deeply the message resonated.
At Trinity, we are committed to not only building bright futures for our students but also nurturing responsible, compassionate global citizens. This Earth Day was a reminder that real change begins with awareness, action, and the belief that every small effort can lead to a big difference.
Together, we go green — because extinction is not an option.
